Anton Phipps Shidoshi
Anton Phipps has been teaching Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu since 2001. After 7 years of Wado Kai Karate, Anton started studying Budo in 1998 and has been continuously training ever since. Since 2004 he has traveled 7 times to Japan to further his knowledge in the art. While in Japan Anton's focus is training and he makes sure to attend at least one class a day with Hatsumi Sensei or one of the Japanese Shihan over the course of 3 or more weeks.
Anton has attended Bujinkan seminars throughout Canada and the United States, featuring Bill Atkins, Abi Allen, Mark O'Brien, Doug Wilson, Rob Renner, Kevin Millis, Lubos Pokorny and Sean Askew. Currently Anton has stepped out of a teaching role to as his work takes him out of town too often to keep the dojo running.
